Bellfield Crescent, Kirkcaldy

24 June 2008 saw the handover of 16 houses to the Association from it’s partner Muir Homes in Cameron Drive (formerly Bellfield Crescent), Dysart.

The houses mark the first phase in the regeneration of the former Bellfield Crescent area of Dysart.  6 of the houses are for Sale under the Homestake Shared Equity Scheme.  If anyone is interested in purchasing one of the remaining units, please contact our office.  The remainder of the houses are for rent and have been allocated already such was the demand for the new houses.

Built on land purchased from Fife Council and with Grant support from the Scottish Government, the project represents the first phase of the housing regeneration in Dysart.  A further 9 houses for rent are due to be handed over in August/September on the same site.  The houses are all extremely energy efficient and designed to reduce running costs.
