Our Houses

Each year we spend just over £2m improving our houses. Priorities are agreed by the Board of Management. Since 1997 we have delivered improvements totalling £13m.

Our Stock Condition Survey drives our planning and we intend posting our next 5 year improvement proposals on this site for information/ feedback from tenants regarding spending priorities.

The Association has a programme of building new and refurbished homes for Rent and Shared Ownership.
